Are typical Tuscan farmhouses that have been restored.
Placed along the Colle Reciso road; they are 1500 mt. from the sea and 8 km. from Portoferraio far away.
Here you can also find Mazzarri wine cellar, with own production of red or white D.O.C.G. , D.O.C. wines, the renowned Aleatico of Elba and extra virgin olive oil. The apartments are various sizes: studios for 2 people for 3 people for 4 people, a two-room apartment for 4 persons and two bedroom apartments for up to 6 people. Outside a large green aerea with barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrellas and private Parking is to our guests disposal, to spend a relaxing and quiet stay.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: parking space, cleaning service at beginning/end of stay, utilities (electricity/water/gas).

The apartments are equipped with winter heating and they are open all year round.
